Shipping Details Free Shipping within India is applicable for orders exceeding Rs. 10,000 in value. Clothes are typically dispatched within approximately 4 weeks. Once your items are shipped, you'll receive an email containing tracking information.

After shipment, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within India. International deliveries may take 8-15 business days. Delay in Shipment due to factors like natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, please note that we cannot be held responsible for returning or exchanging the goods.

However, if a delay occurs due to a product being out of stock, we will contact you via email. At that point, you may choose to wait, select alternative products, or opt for a store credit or refund. Additional Notes For international shipments, please be aware that the customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply in their respective country.

Customs and import taxes, including VAT, import duties, and local taxes, are the responsibility of the customer when applicable to handloom products sourced from India.
